About D&W.

[ SDVOSB · VETERAN-FOUNDED ]
100+
Combined years of military & marine engineering experience

D&W Marine Systems Management was founded by retired U.S. Navy mariners and engineers — people who spent careers running plants, signing for systems, and standing watches that mattered. We started the company to bring that operational discipline to a customer base that needed it: the Navy we came from, the Foreign Military Sales partners we worked alongside, and the commercial maritime operators whose vessels run on the same hardware.

Our headquarters sits in Gravette, Arkansas, but our work happens wherever platforms operate — Norfolk to Yokosuka, the Arabian Gulf, the Mediterranean, and across U.S. naval bases worldwide. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), ISO 9001:2015 certified, and hold a Secret facility clearance.

Across engineering & program management, diving & hyperbaric operations, IT & cybersecurity, and our exclusive HydroFLOW USA Maritime distributorship — every D&W team has the same DNA: people who've done the work, on platforms that have to perform.

“We deliver reliable and durable solutions for our clients’ present and future challenges.”
